The meeting of the Organizing Committee for the preparation and organization of the 25 th International Specialized Exhibition Prodexpo-2019.

The 1^st meeting of the Organizing Committee for the preparation and organization of the 25^th International Specialized Exhibition "Prodexpo-2019" was held at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus.

The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food I. Brylo with the participation of the leadership of the National Exhibition Center BelExpo, as well as representatives from the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the Republic of Belarus, the Belarusian Republican Union of Consumer Societies, the Scientific and Practical Center on Food of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the Concern of Food Industry Belgospischeprom and regional committees on agriculture and food.

I. Brylo noted that a decision had been made that the Organizing Committee would be headed by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus V. Dvornik taking into account the importance of the exhibition in establishing communications between Belarusian and foreign producers and wholesale buyers of food products, trade equipment.

At the meeting was discussed the information about the preparation and completion of the 25th International Exhibition Prodexpo-2019, about the attraction of Belarusian exhibitors, proposals for attracting foreign participants and business circles.

The Business Program of the Exhibition was also discussed ( https://prodexpo.by/delovaya-programma/ ), the organizers of the exhibition made a proposal to invite exhibitors to participate in the Business Program.

As a result of the discussions, it was decided to intensify work on the formation of the exposition and till the 1^st of September to receive applications for participation from the Belarusian participants enterprises and organizations.

Prodexpo will be held from the 12 till 15 of November 2019, the address: Minsk, 20/2 Pobediteley Ave. The exhibition is organized by the National Exhibition Center BelExpo with the support of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
