Arrival and import of exhibits to the exhibition – November 14, 2022 from 11 am to 8 pm.

Time for guarding exhibits – November 14, 2022 from 8 pm.

On the day of arrival (November 15, 2022) the Organizer is not responsible for the safety of property and exhibits till 8 pm.

Registration of the participants will be organized at the information stand of the Republican Unitary Enterprise "National Exhibition Center "BelExpo".

- November 14, 2022 from 11 am to 8 pm

- November 15, 2022 from 9 am to 10 am

The required documents:

- contract-application form for participation, certified by the signature and seal of the company-participant.

- copy of payment order.

- act of the provided services, certified by the signature and seal of the company-participant.

The package for the participant (invitation cards, badges, the program of the exhibition) can be obtained at the information stand.

The opening ceremony will take place on November 15, 2022 at 12 pm.

Location: Podium.

The working hours of the Exhibition:

- for exhibitors: November 15-17, 2022 - from 09 am to 6 pm, November 18, 2022 from 9 am to 3 pm.

- for visitors: November 15-17, 2022 from 10 am to 6 pm, November 18, 2022 from 10 am to 03 pm.

The closing ceremony – November 18, 2022 at 12 pm.

Dismantling of the exhibition – November 18, 2022 from 02 pm to 10 pm
