The PRODEXPO business program is a platform for dialogue between food manufacturers, equipment suppliers, retail, and industry regulators. Conferences, round tables, and strategic sessions address pressing issues: food security, innovation adoption, export potential development, and new retail formats.

Key events of 2026

The forum “Cooperative interaction within the CIS”

The forum will be a key event of the PRODEXPO business program, timed to coincide with the 35th anniversary of the Commonwealth’s establishment. The forum is dedicated to discussing mechanisms of production cooperation between enterprises of the CIS countries. Several thematic sessions will be held as part of the event, with speakers including Ambassadors of the CIS member states, representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus and organizations of the concern “Belgospechprom”.

Days of National Cuisine

A presentation of cuisines from around the world featuring embassies, food manufacturers, restaurants, and other food service establishments. The program includes performances and master classes by representatives of Belarus, Russia, China, and other countries.

CHEFS TALKS Dialogue “THE PINNACLE OF CULINARY ART”

Industry leaders – renowned chefs and restaurateurs, representatives of industry associations – will share their experience, discuss current issues, and develop strategies for the industry's development.

International Culinary Cup 2026

The International Culinary Cup program includes:

• individual competitions in the professionals and juniors categories;
• individual performances by professional chefs in the "CHEF OF THE YEAR" and "COOK OF THE YEAR" competitions;
• team competitions in the professionals and juniors categories;
• a competition for chefs and sous-chefs of 4-5* hotels.

International Confectionery Art Championship 2026

The championship program includes:

• ART CLASS professional mastery in the professionals and juniors categories;
• the “Best Cake of the Republic of Belarus” competition.

GRAND BARISTA

Master classes and tasting presentations at the GRAND BARISTA venue by the country's best coffee establishments and leading barista schools.

INTERNATIONAL BAKERS' SYMPOSIUM

An annual industry forum for bakers and confectioners that brings together industry professionals to discuss issues, trends, and prospects for the development of baking and confectionery production.
