Dates: November 17 – 20, 2026.

Venue: Minsk International Exhibition Center, Minsk, st. P. Medelki, 24.

Parking: Parking is available near the exhibition center.

Access: From November 17 to 20, 2026, you can enter the pavilion only if you have a badge.

Document Collection: At the information desk of the State Enterprise "BelExpo", you must obtain the following documents: badges, invitation tickets, original financial documents (invoice-protocol and act of completed works), and the exhibition participation agreement with original stamp and director's signature. Additionally, you will need to get your business trip certificates stamped.

Installation of Exhibition Equipment:

Exhibition Hours (for visitors):

Removal of Equipment by Exhibitors:

Not Allowed:

• Damaging exhibition equipment (bending, drilling, deforming, etc.).
• Using any tape on the equipment without permission.
• If you apply self-adhesive film to your booth, removal must be done by BelExpo staff for a fee. Removing the film yourself is not allowed.
